Judy Saunders came to the real estate industry after a successful career as an attorney. During her decade of practicing law in Scarsdale, she discovered a keen interest in the numerous real estate transactions she was involved in. She became increasingly intrigued by the work done by the brokers on each side of the sale. It was time for a change – Judy was ready to leave the solitary confinement of working behind a desk all day long. She decided to enter the competitive and diverse world of real estate. That was in 1995; Judith Saunders is now a Senior Vice President with Halstead Property, LLC.

Judy's clients and customers benefit from her legal background as she works to structure their deals. “But working the deals as a broker is much more satisfying than handling them strictly as an attorney”, she says. Her organizational skills and research background are important factors in assessing her clients' needs and wishes in both their apartment searches and sales. She is known for both her preparation and application of real knowledge from every aspect, coupled with her high energy and determination.

During her career at Halstead Property, LLC, Judy has been one of a select group of brokers who have participated in high end transactions and has won the quarterly award for the highest number of closed deals a number of times. Her many transactions include over sixty apartments in her own building. The energy, excitement and diversity of New York have always been important to Judy who is eager to share this thrilling location with her clients.
